Our shelving, Monkey Bars Shelves, are designed to hold a huge variety of hooks, bars or accessories. We have everything from ball bags to bike racks.

All shelving systems we offer are built with industrial-grade steel.

We use a thermal-fused laminate for our cabinets, and everything is held together with sturdy wooden dowels and screws. Cabinets come in a variety of colors, designs or wood patterns. This melamine material won’t warp over time, and are resistant to moisture.

Cabinets are mounted off the ground to better protect them from water damage.

Cabinets are all built-to-order. Sizes and configurations are all custom to fit your needs and space.

We carry a motorizing option and a stationary option that can be installed in a couple of ways.

A good rule of thumb is most items you would normally keep in a storage unit are perfect candidates for overhead garage storage.

These racks use a pulley system to raise and lower the metal frame. You control the rack by using a phone app.

Our stationary racks are rated to hold up to 1,000 pounds when mounted to a wall, and 750 pounds when hanging free from the ceiling. Our motorized racks can hold 350 pounds.

There are a couple of differences between the two types of racks. Stationary racks hold more weight, but you usually need a ladder to get to them. Motorized racks move up and down for easier access.

These overhead racks are made with a sturdy, strong steel frame.

We offer a special epoxy coating that is specifically formulated to be highly durable and protect the concrete floor. It is effective at it’s job, although all epoxy flooring will inevitably fade and yellow if exposed to direct sunlight. Heat can also cause it to become slightly sticky. Polyurea is more stable and will last much longer than epoxy. Polyurea coatings are resistant to damage, like the epoxy, but also withstand chemicals and UV rays. They don’t fade or yellow, are impervious to most liquids.

Everything depends on the size of the garage, but typically Swisstrax floor tiles only require a couple of hours to install. There are both one and two day flooring options.

Swisstrax floor tiles are made with a combination of rubber and plastic, so they are not slippery when wet. Floor coatings are resistant to moisture, so they can get slick when wet. We added a layer of chips to the coatings to provide more texture, which helps with that. If this is a specific concern, however, we can also add a special anti-slip product to the topcoat for an extra charge.

Not at all. Unlike some cheaper kits, we use a formula that has a high solids content, which has fewer solvents and releases less VOCs into the air.

No.

Yes. The process is much smoother and quicker when the space is already empty.

Flooring up to 800 sq ft is a one day process. Over 800 feet is usually two days.

Bristle brooms, mops, or a light power wash are all effective. Coatings are impervious to oil and most chemicals, so spills can simply be wiped up without staining.

No. All of our flooring systems are highly resistant to damage.

The polyurea flooring has a lifetime “adhesion” warranty. Swisstrax are warrantied for 10 years.

Not right away. We will try to give you an idea of what to expect, but your won’t get specifics until afterward. After the consultation, we will create a 3D model of the finished garage and email that to you with a detailed estimate.

Consultations typically take between 15-30 minutes, but can sometimes take up to an hour for really big jobs.

Most non-cabinet storage jobs are completed in a matter of hours. Storage with cabinets can take a bit longer. 99% of storage installs are completed within a single day.

We do not have a showroom, but we do have a warehouse that can be visited by appointment only.

Typically, Saturdays can be available for estimates only. We do, in very rare cases, schedule appointments for installations on Saturday.

Because we want to make sure the products are all properly installed and warrantied, we do all installations ourselves. Labor costs are included with the price of the product.

We are licensed and insured with liability and workers’ comp.

We have some different promotions that we run. We also offer discounts for veterans, military, police, etc.

Our pricing is all inclusive. Tax, labor, warranty, etc.

No, not unless you get both at the same time.
