- Project details you share with us, such as garage dimensions, current floor condition, storage needs, and preferred timeline

- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and referring URL
- Pages visited, time on page, and click behavior
- Approximate geographic location derived from IP address

3. Text Messaging and Call Consent

By providing your phone number on a form, over the phone, or in person and agreeing to be contacted, you give us express written consent to send you text messages related to your inquiry, estimate, appointment, and project. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Opting out of text messages does not remove you from phone or email contact unless you request that separately.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number may be shared only with the service providers who operate our messaging and scheduling systems on our behalf.

Some calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and you will be notified at the start of any recorded call. 4. AI and Automated Data Processing
We use software that includes artificial intelligence and automated data processing to help us operate our business. Specifically:
- We use automated tools to help draft and organize website content, marketing materials, and internal documentation.
- We use generative AI tools to produce illustrative images and design renderings for our website and marketing. These are illustrative and are not photographs of your property unless we identify them as such.
- We use automated systems to route, summarize, and prioritize incoming inquiries.
Our commitments:
- We do not sell your personal information to third-party AI companies for use as training data.
- We do not use uploaded photos of your property to train publicly available AI models.
- Estimates, project recommendations, and pricing are reviewed by a human member of our team before they are provided to you. Automated tools support our staff; they do not replace them.
- Any AI-assisted processing of your information is limited to operating and improving our own services.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how our site is used, and measure advertising performance. This includes:

- Google Ads for conversion tracking and remarketing

- Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy
We require our service providers to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to retain for legal, warranty, tax, or contract purposes

Estimate requests that do not become projects are generally retained for up to three years. Project and warranty records are retained for the length of the applicable warranty period plus any period required by law.
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission of form data and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children. Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links. Our website may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
